Педагогические идеи Я.А. Коменского и современные социально-политические коммуникации

В статье педагогические максимы Я.А. Коменского рассматриваются в контекстах проблем современной системы образования и анализа некоторых аспектов современного политического процесса. Автор обосновывает оправданность и продуктивность подобного подхода. Показано, что пространство современной социальной коммуникации должно рассматриваться с учетом как исторической памяти общества, так и современных политических процессов. С точки зрения автора статьи, идеи Я.А. Коменского о роли государства в системе образования в настоящее время особенно актуальны. В статье обосновываются утверждения о том, что государство не должно ссылаться на «объективные обстоятельства», «переходные процессы», «переломное время», а также о том, что провалы в системе гуманитарного и морально-нравственного воспитания (образования) ничем невозможно компенсировать, — именно эта мысль, по мнению автора, является одним из фундаментальных оснований «Великой дидактики» Я.А. Коменского.

Johann Amos Comenius’ Pedagogical Ideas and Modern Sociopolitical Communication

Johann Amos Comenius’ pedagogical maxims, multidimensional problems of the modern education system and political processes seem far from each other only at first glance. The generality of these problems is justified and productive in the case if we consider the social ties together with the historical memory of the society, on the one hand, and practice of prudent use of human activity experience in education and upbringing, on the other hand, as a communication channel between the aforementioned problems. J.A. Comenius’ ideas, experience and pedagogical authority are important for our reasoning in the context of this problem.

The subjects of my study are Comenius’ pedagogical views in the context of modern requirements to subjects of social and political communication. For these purposes, considering Comenius’ pedagogical maxims in the context of the problems of modern education system and some aspects of modern political process, I use social-philosophical and discourse analysis, as well as methods of expert evaluation and analytical reading.

Currently, there are acutely relevant ideas among the Comenius' maxims, relating to civil duty of educator as a national of the nation-state and indicating the need to educate civil qualities in the younger generation. For Comenius, schools are workshops of humanity. Comenius understands humanity as a result of formation of wise, well-mannered and pious person. It is not mean, that for Comenius there is only the form of organization of education and upbringing, which is recognized by the State as mandatory. Comenius pointed out that the school, in addition to mandatory, state-approved programs should work hard to form developed personality in special conditions inherent to the particular educational institutions.

I conclude that one of the fundamentals of the Comenius's Great Didactics is the idea that state does not have anything than could compensate failures in the system of humanitarian and moral upbringing (education). For this reason, the state should not to justify its lack of attention to the education field, in explaining its inaction by ‘objective circumstances’, ‘transient processes’, ‘critical time’, etc.
